Due to several enquiries, Guinea-Pigs-Galore are now able to offer holiday boarding for small pets.
ABOUT OUR BOARDING SERVICE:
Mother and daughter run Cavy stud based in Witham, Essex which is located just of the A12 between Chelmsford and Colchester. We are registered with the British Cavy Council and show successfully under the name of Galore Cavy Stud.
We are able to offer holiday boarding for rabbits (not Giant rabbits), guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, mice, fish and other small animals. We do not take in rats or reptiles.
ACCOMMODATION:
Rabbits and guinea pigs are given spacious accommodation outside with regular access to our garden runs. We can also offer inside accommodation for guinea pigs. Food bowls and drinking bottles should be brought on arrival.
Hamsters, Gerbils, Mice and Goldfish should be brought in their own accommodation, which they are used to.
Accommodation is cleaned out regularly and thoroughly disinfected after each occupant has vacated.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
All pets must be in good health on arrival. I reserve the right to decline any boarding should your pet show signs of illness or injury. However, should your pet become ill during their stay with me, then they will be taken to my vets for consultation and/or treatment. All vets bills are to be refunded by the pet owner.
Rabbits will need to have current and up to date vaccinations for VHD & Myxomatosis and provide vaccination card upon booking
PRICES:
Prices include all hard food and daily vegetables.
£3.50 PER RABBIT PER NIGHT, ANY ADDITIONAL RABBIT AT £2.50 PER NIGHT
£2.50 PER GUINEA PIG PER NIGHT, ANY ADDITIONAL GUINEA PIG AT £1.50 PER NIGHT
£2.00 PER HAMSTER/GERBIL/MICE PER NIGHT. ANY ADDITIONAL HAMSTER/GERBIL /MICE AT £1.00 PER NIGHT
£1.00 PER BOWL FOR GOLDFISH PER NIGHT
ALL OTHER SMALL ANIMALS: PRICES UPON REQUEST
PAYMENT:
Full payment by cash or cheque with bankers card is payable at the beginning of your pets stay with us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Claw clipping: £2 per rabbit/guinea pig
Grooming/bathing/nail clipping for guinea pigs only at £5 per guinea pig
